Kelly Alsup, F.N.P.-C
Kelly received her BSN East Tennessee State University, then worked as a registered nurse in Oncology/Med-Surg for 6 years. She went back to ETSU to acquire her Master of Science Nursing-FNP and is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She’s been with All Women’s Care PLLC as a Family Nurse Practitioner since September 2016.

Kelly enjoys getting to know her patients and uses in-depth knowledge to provide care through all stages of their lives. Kelly is trained in skin and vaginal resurfacing and rejuvenation, which can be performed in the office.
Family Ties
Kelly is married to Gideon and gave birth to Gideon the Fourth this October. Her favorite family tradition is making white chicken chili and decorating for Christmas. She’s inspired by Dolly Parton, which might explain why her favorite films are 9 to 5 and Steel Magnolias.
Tasheema L. Fair, M.D.
Dr. Fair received her degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis and her residency was at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah. Dr Fair is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Reserve. She joined All Women’s Care PLLC in November 2014.

Dr. Fair specializes in Obstetrics, General Gynecological Care, and is an experienced surgeon.
Coming and Going
Dr. Fair’s favorite movie is Coming to America and one of her “bucket list” items is taking a Mediterranean cruise. She’s currently reading No Excuses! The Power of Self-Discipline by Brian Tracy.
Nancy F. Garza, M.D.
Dr. Garza began her career as an engineer, graduating from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a BS in Engineering Science and Mechanics, then earned a second Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering while working for the Aluminum Company Of America. Realizing her true desire was to help people in a medical capacity, she earned her degree and served her residency at Quillen College of Medicine. Moving back to her home in Maryville with her husband, son and daughter in 2006, she joined All Womens Care PLLC.

Dr. Garza loves obstetrics, and has extensive experience in laproscopic and vaginal surgery. She is also trained in skin and vaginal resurfacing and rejuvenation procedures that can be performed in the office.
Casting Call
Dr. Garza says if a movie was ever made of her life, she’d be played by Sandra Bullock. She enjoys playing piano for relaxation.
Tracie A. Traver, M.D.
One of the founders of our practice, Dr. Traver began All Womens Care PLLC with a colleague in 1999. She graduated from the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, and completed her residency at the LSU Health Sciences Center. A great deal of her training occurred at the notorious Charity Hospital. She later moved to Knoxville and served at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center for two years before founding All Womens Care PLLC.

When Blount Memorial Hospital purchased a daVinci robot surgery system, Dr. Traver was trained in its use and completed advanced courses, including the Master robot surgery training program. As a result, she’d performed more than 400 daVinci surgeries and is the most experienced gynecologic surgeon using the system in Blount County. Among the other procedures Dr. Traver is trained in are skin and vaginal resurfacing and rejuvenation, which can be performed in the office. She also loves obstetrics.
Learning To Soar
Dr. Traver earned a pilot’s license while still a teenager, soloing at 17, and says the best advice she ever received from a mentor was “Work hard, be honest and never give up.” The furthest she’s been from home is Tonga in the southwest Pacific, where she went on a 10 day sailing trip.
